Weetabix awarded Company of the Year 2011 November 2011
The Cheese Warehouse would like to congratulate Weetabix for winning the prestigious Food Manufacturing Company of the Year 2011 in this year’s Food Manufacturing Excellence Awards. The glittering award ceremony was held on 8th November at The Park Plaza Riverbank, London, and hosted by comedian Hugh Dennis.
The Awards recognise and reward the very best food and drink manufacturing companies. The Cheese Warehouse was proud to sponsor the Food Manufacturing Company of the Year Award, which can be used as a benchmark for those aspiring to world class standards in food excellence.
Medals galore for The Cheese Warehouse at the International Cheese Awards August 2011
The Cheese Warehouse, received a total of 9 medals at the 2011 International Cheese Awards at Nantwich, the “Cheese Oscar’s”, beating last year’s results by 4 medals.
The best ever results for the company at the World’s biggest cheese event.
This year's record breaking Nantwich show saw over 3,700 entries from 26 different countries and was housed in a massive 70,000 sq. ft. air conditioned pavilion; Europe’s biggest temporary structure. See how we did....

Honouring the very best food and drink manufacturing companies, The Food Manufacturing Excellence Awards assess a company’s progress for a range of criteria including: new product development, category and supply chain management, process innovation, environmental management, marketing, and health and safety.
The Food Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2011 will take place on Tuesday 8th November at Riverbank Park Plaza, London. More details will be available later in the year.
